You can also choose to eat on the deck, which has a grill, a picnic table, and plenty of space to lounge in peaceful serenity. This home is in the popular Timber Creek Trails addition, just minutes from both the natural beauty of the state parks and the restaurants and wineries in Hochatown. As you enter the backyard, you will find a shaded lounge area, a large PebbleTec salt water pool and spa, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit area. The spa and pool loungers provide a picture-perfect view of the sunset over the San Jacinto mountains. The City of Palm Springs requires that renters sign a separate rental agreement. Pool heating is available at $99 per day between October-April. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have the pool heated, as it will take several days to warm up. Spa heat is included in the normal rental rate. Security cameras: there are 3 security cameras for your security (exterior only). One is the Ring doorbell camera, one faces the driveway, and one faces the HVAC and pool pump on the side of the house. There are no cameras facing the backyard.
